MOBILE SERVICE CONSENT STATEMENT

By scheduling or receiving mobile automotive services from InstaBrakes LLC (“InstaBrakes,” “we,” “us,” “our”), the customer (“you,” “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Authorization for Service
   You authorize InstaBrakes technicians to perform diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and related automotive services at your requested location.
    
2. Access & Location Requirements
   You confirm that:
    

• You have permission to allow service work at the provided location (home, workplace, or third-party property).
   
• The service area is safe, legal, and suitable for vehicle repair work.
   
• The vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, stable position.
   

1. Safety & Conditions
   For safety reasons, InstaBrakes reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, weather conditions are hazardous, or working conditions are not suitable for mobile service.
    
2. Liability Acknowledgment
   While InstaBrakes takes every precaution to protect your property and surrounding areas, you understand that mobile automotive work may involve the use of tools, equipment, and chemicals. InstaBrakes is not responsible for:
    

• Pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical issues
   
• Damage caused by unsafe vehicle conditions
   
• Damage resulting from improper prior repairs
   
• Environmental conditions beyond our control
   

1. Mobile Communication Consent
   By booking service, you consent to receive communications related to your appointment, including calls, text messages, emails, and service updates. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
    
2. Customer Presence Requirement
   You agree that either you or an authorized representative will be available during service unless otherwise approved by InstaBrakes.
    
3. Payment & Service Completion
   Payment terms, warranties, and policies follow InstaBrakes’ standard service agreement. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    
4. Privacy & Data Use
   Any personal or vehicle information collected is used only for scheduling, service delivery, customer support, and business operations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    

By proceeding with mobile service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Mobile Service Consent Statement.
