Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Company: InstaBrakes LLC (“InstaBrakes,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

At InstaBrakes, our goal is to provide professional mobile brake services, quality parts, and an excellent customer experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and service concerns are handled.

1. General Policy

Because InstaBrakes provides mobile, on-site automotive repair services, most services and installed parts are non-refundable once installed or completed. Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or otherwise stated in writing by InstaBrakes.

2. Services & Labor

Service and labor charges are non-refundable once work has been performed.
If you experience an issue related to our workmanship, please contact us. We will inspect the vehicle, and if the issue is determined to be related to our service, InstaBrakes will correct it in accordance with any applicable warranty provided at the time of service.

3. Parts & Installed Products

Due to safety and usage reasons, brake parts and automotive components that have been installed are non-returnable and non-refundable.

A part may only be eligible for return if:

  • It has not been installed
     
  • It has not been used
     
  • It is still in original condition and packaging
     

Eligible returns may be subject to restocking fees.

4. Defective Parts / Manufacturer Warranty

If a part is suspected to be defective:

  • It may be subject to inspection
     
  • Manufacturer warranties may apply
     
  • Replacement or repair will follow manufacturer guidelines
     

Manufacturer warranties are honored according to their policies and are not controlled by InstaBrakes.

5. Incorrect Parts or Service Issues

If InstaBrakes installs the incorrect part due to our error, we will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
If incorrect information was provided by the customer, additional costs may apply.

6. Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled prior to service. Once a technician has arrived or work has begun, trip charges, diagnostic fees, or partial service charges may apply.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment processors.

8. Used Parts Policy (If Applicable)

Any used parts sold or installed are sold as-is, without refund, unless otherwise stated in writing.
